Romulo Cuartas is a Colombian Discalced Carmelite. Degree in Pastoral Theology at the Pontifical Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá) and Doctor of Spiritual Theology of the Pontifical University of Comillas (Madrid). He is currently Assistant Director of the International Teresian Sanjuanista Centre of Ávila (CITeS) and Executive President of the CITeS Foundation.
